I didn't change owner_id of the gateway and it's 0 now for both gateways. I discovered that problem doesn't exist on my local installation but is present on both test online sites (working on latest Joomla 3 and 4 versions).
Does it work fine now that owner id is set to default 0? If still not working compare your local and live site configurations to see what's different. It could be due to the Access setting within the gateways themselves or the gateway plugin isn't published and public in CB > Plugin Management.
