Just an idea :
It behave like the gateway page is lacking a menu itemid.
All internal links set to menu item seem to show that the path to payment is ok, but the final step is missing to find the proper link.

We have exactly the same behavior on the devel website with a lot of things deactivated

Routing behavior wasn't touched recently. The only endpoint that was touched was "addtobasket" URLs which weren't respecting upgrading conditions (and now are). I am having no issues with routing in Joomla 4. Turn off Joomla SEO, check if now working, if is check what the Itemid is in the URL and match that to its menu item to see what menu item Joomla is using.

You are also using CB Auto Actions to tamper with routing, which isn't REALLY supported but doable as per your below topic.

Turn off those auto actions and retry as well to see if that's what's causing your issue. I will be back in on Tuesday to investigate this further if you're still having issues.

Hi Guys and merry christmas :-)

I have checked everything and still get the same issues with deactivating autoactions and everything that would interfere.
We now use a child of Cassiopeia on joomla 4.2.5 and did not move to the new server yet, only upgraded from 3 to 4.2.5

Checking on tmpl=component and with SEF deactivated, it seems that the itemid are not present in some urls
For instance I have :

I checked all links in the backend to make sure they are not redundant and even tried to deactivate all but one for displayplan on the devel website to check

For now I cannot trace the issue but it seems like it's a SEF issue somewhere

Will be glad to have your help when you'll back

Ensure you've the mandatory public and published Joomla menu item to CBs profile page. There's also support for menu items for those pages (e.g. payform) by creating a menu item of type Community Builder > Plugin then select CB Paid Subscriptions for Plugin next set Do to "Basket payment form page". There's a few other internal options there as well to control the SEO for those pages.

Yep all done already and all links works fine
But when clicking on any gateway link the page is redirected to what I state above instead of going to the proper gateway

Have deactivated all CB plugins and main system ones without finding the issue

It seems like there are no itemid in the url of any gateway ?
That may cause the issue with joomla 4 ?
