And if i run the sql in phpmyadmin i get this error:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'ENGINE=MyISAM AUTO_INCREMENT=1' at line 6

Ah, it's the same error that dsendecki had, only "inverted".

MySQL 3 needs TYPE=MyISAM;, while MySQL 4 needs Engine=MyISAM. I guess in most cases MySQL 4 is running, so I'll make the install xml for that version.

In your case, you could just delete the queries in the install file (simply extract the component), because you already had an older version installed.
Zip it again and install it in the backend.
Or you could change ENGINE to TYPE.

It would be great if someone could test if the query works with neither ENGINE=MyISAM nor TYPE=MyISAM!

It works great, i Have uninstalled everything, also the sql tables. Then i Have editted the Install file (jawards.xml)
And replace the ENGINE to TYPE. Works perfect!
So people with SQL 3 please use this file

Is there any solution, to show the "award-icons" in Simpleboard? Under the avatar or something like that? :woohoo:

I've uploaded and installed the plugin and it looks very interesting. I just get a couple of errors and was wondering if these were known to you please?

For some reason the AWARDS tab is stand alone in another area of the CB profile panel

The other problem is that although images are in the correct folder images/medals They do not show in Medal Manager.

Also if I use the upload button I get "You are not authorised to view this resource."

Most of your problems with the images should be solved by using the latest version (0.72), there's a new uploader. You can find it at joomlacode.org/gf/project/jawards/

The place where the tab is positioned can be set up in the Community Builder Tab Management.
