I'm really glad to see that there is someone who likes my work so much as to extend it!

The same functionality has been implemented in the last two versions posted in this thread:

www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,/func,view/catid,23/id,14166/

(For some reason the plugin has been removed from downloads?)

A screen shot can bee seen in this thread

www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,/func,view/catid,23/id,21262/#21262

(This thread discusses consolidated tab, which consolidates several tabs inside one single tab. In the screen shot, there is a regular tab, under which two list tabs are displayed.)

The approaches these codes use are a bit different. The code by NeonDevil replaces the fields drawing of CB with own code. The version that I posted uses CB to first draw the fields normally (that is, draw each entry as a separate tab content), and then use string functions (regular expressions) to modify this output to table form. There are advantages in both options, and it is more a matter of preferences which one you like more.

The code looks OK to me. I did not install it though. Comments are rather extensive, which is good.

(disclaimer: I did only a brief review)

The plugin has indeed been removed from downloads. Can you post it?
Thanks,

A quick thought...

Double-check to make sure you have configured listtab to use the new tab you just created.

From the administrator:
go to components -> community builder -> plugin Management
Choose List Tab
On the selection on the bottom-right, be sure you have the tabs selected (also make sure the rest of List Tab is configured correctly too)
