profilebook - option to not display name and email

where would i make these changes, i did read an earlier post that mentioned cb.profilebook.php, but i cannot find this file to check for thise lines mentioned, if this is the case, where would i find the file to change.

Thanks editing line 422 worked for what I wanted and that was just to remove the email from displaying in the comment.
