Referral Plug In

This would be perfect! Just a simple referral plugin where we can see who referred who is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Any chance of you being able to help me implement it into one of my sites using CB 1.0 RC2?

right i'll update you, i have incorporated a rank system into the basic code and structure, however for now it only displays text, and i think gives out an error if it cannot find a rank, but that i shall sort out - otherwise next thing i will do is find how i can add like a star rating to it, so a picture comes up like a medal.

Also i am trying to get into the plugin api for community builder so all of you can start enjoy using it, but i think that for the referral you have to hack the index.php template

right, i am getting used to the plugin api, in communtiy builder and all of the advanced options and paratmers you can have for a plugin. So currently it is going well and i should be able to get it compelte in sometime.

currently i am having problems, with getting it more simpler to install. However i am trying to get the template to load up an include file, which the referral is stored in but, just doesn't seem to work. So would you be bothered if you had to enter some code into your template? However this will be the same situation with other parts of joomla, where you have to edit code to allow people to earn points.

- I suppose i could include a helpful and picture done tutorial, is there possiblity of creating a php script that automatically embeds it into a page?

anyway i shall be on something else for another day, just improving my site, if any developer could help it would be useful, but i shall look into finding out.
