Shoutbox Announcer

I have been developing a cd plugin to integrate community builder with shoutbox.

this will announce in shoutbox when a user login logout or new user....

Remember, this is very much a beta version as i havent had it work right yet...

so where exactly is the plugin? I do not see it in the 3rd party extensions.
