Joomla-SMF CB plugin

it is completed however the registration functionality is not completed at this point. The plugin is designed to work with the bridge that myself and Cowboy maintain over at JoomlaHacks.com. You are welcome to come over and try them out.

By the way, I am testing it with my Joomla and CB install, and it seems to work fine so far

I am extending this plugin to also synchronize users when they register via CB. I need to determine if authorization required is enabled so I can correctly add the user state. Anyone happen to know the variable which stores the selection of authorization enabled? If not I am off to dig it up.
