Eventlist reg users plugin

I envy you having the actual ability to set out and do something like that if you need to!

Wouldn't it be cool if the events plug in CB had a button or something in the profile somewhere for the user to add the event there?

Okay after using this setup a bit, I've decided that it's not quite what I want.... so here is what I am planning on change... unfortunately I can see no other way but to change eventlist itself at least minorly

Here is my current problems with this situation.

1. A better solution than category to on events. There really needs to be Country/Region solution (I am thinking about country->section, region->category). The down side is these will need to be entered manually or I will have to let users enter them. Anybody know a good country/region(state,district,province,etc.) list?

2. An option on the eventlist component to allow users to subscribe to a section/category.

3. A Module to show events in a users section/category

4. I want to add an unreg button at the end of my plug in

The problem is that I really should talk to the creator of eventlist and see if I can't get the section category added at least.

Well that's my game plan anyway.
I want an honest to goodness solution to bring the community to events.

I've got it working, but the date in the "My Events" tab is always 1 day earlier than the actual event date. For example, an event taking place on Saturday, July 1st would show up as Friday, June 30th in the tab. Otherwise, it's working perfectly.

managed to track down a copy from www.schlu.net

have tried to attach it & hopefully that works if anyone else needs it. It says version 0.71 even though events list is now 0.8+ but it works fine on our site using latest CB, joomla 1.08 & Events List 0.8.2
