White Screen on submitting registration was created by alexwalker
Nant, my users are getting a white screen after registration and then when they receive the email asking them to confirm the link it says they do not have permission to access this page. Shoudl I count my losses and restore my site from a backup? Any ideas? I have the latest version of CommunityBuilder 1.4 and Joomla 1.5.22 hosted on Rochen. I have tried creating a registration and it will not log me in even when I have approved the registration manually.

Do you have a public menu item to CB Profile as required by installation document?

Are all you plugins published for Everyone?

Please follow our FAQ Help Us Help You article and post versions, perform debug actions and give feedback.

Also check your error logs.

Yes I have a CB menu published
Yes all plugins are available Public
Please see attached the view code for the white blank page

Please disable your third party plugins and test again.

Most likely something you installed extra.

Example email address verification field/hack?
Or geocode field?

I have tried geocode, email repeat plugins and nothing doing. The only thing I installed recently was JNews and I unpublished all their plugins and still I get the white screen after submitting registration. If I Press F5 then I get the submission complete page and you may login. Are you able to take a look for me?

Please follow FAQ article guidance and test with debug mode and maximum error reporting configured in joomla global configuration
