CB User Manager. Can't edit users.

I have looked everywhere and can't find an answer. I have cb 1.4 installed. Everything seems to be working fine but when I go to User Management in Community Builder whenever I go to edit or add a new user, I get "You cannot edit a `registered`. Only higher-level users have this power" I'm logged on as a Super User. Please help! Let me know if you need anymore information from me. Thanks!

Hi, i have the same error, when i LoGIN on administrator with super User, cannot modify any user on registered level.

please, how to solve?

Yes, it's fresh install. I have installed joomla 1.6.2, and CB 1.4. and whe i go to admin area to modifi any user, shows message: it's not possible to make modification this level.

at this moment it's joomla 1.6.3
