Email confirmation not being sent on registration

Joomla 1.6.4
CB 1.4
CB Subs 1.2.1 (if that's relevant)

Email confirmations are not being sent out during initial registration. I have gone over my configuration over and over based on suggestions in other threads, but I cannot get this to work. I have tested the Mass Mail function and that works fine.

In CB Configuration/Registration tab, I have Require Email Confirmation set to Yes.

Any suggestions?

Just a quick question. Do you have a payment gateway setup with CB subs? If so, have the payments "Cleared"?

I dont think this email is sent until their payment clears..but I could be wrong..

I have been testing this on a free subscription plan, so I don't believe that should be an issue. Thank you though. I will keep that in mind when I start testing pay subscriptions!

What are the "Workflows" settings for that individual plan? Are they set to "Default CB" for "User Email Confirmation"?

Yeah that is a little strange. Only thing I can think of that would cause this is:

#1- Global Joomla Mail settings are incorrect. (but you were able to use mass mail, which makes me think this is ok.)
#2- CB Global settings are not set to "Require Email Confirmation". (you indicated this was set to yes)
#3- CB Subs workflows are not set to "Require Email Confirmation or Default CB". (you indicated this was set to Default CB setting).
#4- It could be the result of the global cb setting not having a registration "FROM/REPLY TO" address, but I think this would just be substituted for Global Joomla "FROM/REPLY TO", but I could be wrong...

Other than that, I am stumped.. sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
