assuming you delete the red and add the green, I'm still getting that error. I logged out and in. Do I need to clear any tables in DB?

bump - any help? Are you positive this fixes the issue? Didn't for me.

Sorry! it didn't work for me either. However, instead of telling me I'm not authorised it now says: There are no published user lists! Access to the other users is still fine.

mine still says not authorized, but I think I found the issue. On one site I have, I deleted almost all of the normal Groups and added my own. I only kept Public, Registered, and Super User. I added "Officers" which is a child of Registered.

Looks like this:

Public
- Registered
|-Officers
-Super User

I created an Access just for Officers where I checked Officers and Super User. So, anything set to "Officers" should be seen by Officers or Super Admin, but not normal Registered users.

In the CB list I set Access to Officers, but that's when I get the "Not Authorized" error when logged in as Admin. I can only see the list if I set it to public when logged in as Admin, OR if I set it to Officers and log in as an Officer.

I have triple checked and my Access Settings are correct.

The patch does work for another site I have where I did not mess with Groups or Access settings.

Is CB hardwired to only work with old Groups and Access settings? I ask because I also set the CB lists to be visible to Officers and above, but I get a "Not Authorized" error when trying to click on a user profile. So, this is not localized to just lists.

maybe this is a problem with this statement: "All groups above that level will also have access to the list."

With the new access levels, my custom level "Admin" (I simply renamed Super User to Admin) no longer is on the bottom of the group list:
