As I mentioned before, if you can replicate on a clean CB 1.7 installation (with nothing else) then I will take a look (but I am betting you cannot).

I bet I can! 've Uninstalled a lot of extensions and plugins. I'm still having the same problem.
But I noticed that the tab "More information" is not associated with a plugin. It must be this way or actually installing a plugin is missing?
To illustrate, here is the picture that proves.

nothing really i can do - just unpublish extra plugins one by one and see if things start working.

You might also need to delete plugins to test.

If you can replicate behavior on a clean CB 1.7 install without anything else installed then I will surely take a look.

Sorry I cannot debug other peoples plugins.
