So, just to be sure, I went back and rechecked my steps... It turns out that the browser remembered the last time I upgraded and was pointing me to the previous cb folder. Since all the folders are almost identical, I didn't even realize that until you asked if I was sure. Glad to know I'm not going crazy. Thanks.
