I do have a couple more questions:

I currently use a live website as my devlopment site then "Move / Copy" the site to the customers URL after final approval. That way the customer can follow my every move and monitor progress openly. Will this be a problem for licensing (1 site + 1 devleopment site)?

I am about to pull the trigger on this with the assurance of the 30 day, money back gaurantee. What are the restrictions (got-cha's) on 30 day money back?

No problem with licensing - only restriction on refund policy is 30 days.
