A quick update for future users reference; migration and reinstall fully successfull without any trouble.
One thing I`d try to is to remove AEC first (after taking notes of you setups of course). For some reason the sticky stuff is presented an error while uninstalling and since their support is ultra lousy you`d be on your own. I had to remove files via ftp and clean up database manually.
