CBSubs license is a floating license.

You can use it on one production site and one testing/development site.
No need to specify domain name. License will float just fine.

Yes you do.
You need to insert your license on all (production + test/development) CBSubs installations.

Floating means that you can move CBSubs license from one site to another (example: migrating your production website to a different domain) without having to let us know of domain name change. Just use existing license on new site and remove from old site (short overlap permitted). This is what floating means ..
