When do you think this bug will be fixed?

Next release is my best guess. It's a cosmetic issue and not a critical bug, you could use direct database queries to better provide a formatted report if it's needed for financial records. The duplicates are not in the database, query likely has a bad JOIN.

I have the same issue and this happens after user renew his membership. No duplicate for new users.

While I agree that this is 'cosmetic' and not problem with the underlying data, the site moderators and owners are non-technical people and it's hard to explain to them what actually happens. Plus there can be new moderators in the future and someone may forget to explain this bug to them.

There are already many 'bugs' and 'workarounds' that I have to explain to my clients (e.g. no email after offline payment, can't email or print payment slip later, can't customize payment slip layout, can't disable AJAX email checker at backend even when config and admin validation are set to No, etc) on top of this.

I understand your frustration and we're working to resolve all known issues to best of our ability. Next release will have many issues resolved as well as many high demand features implemented. We're looking to release by end of June or sooner if possible.

I'm sorry if my previous post was a bit harsh. I know that you guys are working hard on this application and you, especially, have been fantastic in helping us with solutions and workarounds. I really appreciate that.

No worries, we all have our good and bad days; it can be very frustrating at times when hitting an issue, but we're doing all we can to ensure next release addresses many of these issues. Hopefully we can meet our internal goal of end of June, but I can't say for sure.
