Have tested locally using latest releases and confirmed working fine. Reviewing your site further there seams to be some sort of server or possible site side caching present. Database queries and PHP appear to be caching in-appropriately. For instance had deleted my FBC user then attempted to re-connect; it then tried to login to a user that no longer exists, which is not possible. Please check with your host and ensure no database caching or something of the sort is present.
