NO - you should not touch the default language files that CB installs as they will be over-written when you upgrade CB.

You need to create new plugins for each language.

I take it that i need to create one from an existing and translate to danish.. ok, but what is the structure of the path? i mean do i need to create a folder with a specific name and there the language file or how?

You install them through CB > Plugin Management.

You'd have to create a new language plugin and translate all of CB. See WIKI and Documents pages of the link I've previously given you on how to do this.

Use the English language plugin provided at the link given previously and edit it from there; this is best approach.

ok now i have tried it and it is not working well.
I have created a select field and insrtead of the value i called it _UE_MyExpertiesAccountant.
Took this string into the english and danish language file.
some places it is working but some it is showing the strin like it the registration page or not at all on CB advance search module.
Please advice.. i am going nuts
