Our cb_address field has been deleted (the image I showed you previously was from a clean install on a dev site). Not sure why it was deleted, but we will research further and get back to you.

Ok, please do let us know. Just for clarification this issue only happens when a user inputs content into the "address" field and that content has an apostrophe, correct?

That is correct, the specific incident we found is Farmers' Lane. We haven't found a plug-in that would have created this "address" field yet; is it possible that we created it is a previous version of CB that didn't add the "cb_", or allowed the user to remove it? We started all the way back in Joomla 1.0, 5 years ago.

As far as I am aware cb_ has always been appended, but I've only been here for 3 years so can't say how it was 5 years ago. I recommend creating a new address field as "cb_address" and seeing if issue persists. So I may test is the address field a text fieldtype?

yes - filedtype text: I posted a screenshot of the field parameters in posting #176044 in this thread. We are planning to create a new field, but it will take some time because it is referenced in some of our custom and third-party coding (part of which generated this error).
