Have reviewed your install and could not confirm your issue. I was able to subscribe then on attempt to renew backed out and subscription remained active. Your install was incomplete however and missing the CBSubs bot, which I've installed and enabled for you. Purchase test was done with dummy gateway and renew test done with both dummy and PayPal gateways.
Am unsure what the issues are exactly as there are no notifications except for the 1 for my test payment and no errors or information regarding subscriptions in the history log except for currency conversion updates and the test payment I've just made.
