Searchable Multicheckbox Field Match - "OR" option

That works with single select, not with multi-select.
When I use Simple search "is" and search on Helikopter, I don't get for example "Vliegtuig, Helikopter". This is a multi-select combination (two variables), existing of Vliegtuig + Helikopter.

That's because the fields value is "Vliegtuig|*|Helikopter" in database and not "Helikopter". You could set your userlist to Advanced and have both "is" and "any" search capabilities.
