[SOLVED] Cannot add a new field was created by sophies
I am trying the following:
CB Field Management --> New

Instead of the new field form, i get an error page:
Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http:/WEBSITE/administrator/index.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.
Tried to reinstall the CB - doesn't help. Any further ideas? thx!

Joomla 1.7.0, 1.7.1, 1.7.2 or 1.7.3?

I also asked you to check your server error log (ask your host if you don't know how)

With debug on do you see any extra messages before you see the Server error?

Joomla 1.7.3

Log attached

With debug, it does not show a server error, but just a plain white screen.

This is often due to a conflict from a 3rd party CB plugin. As they're still loaded even if disabled in field management in order to maintain fieldtypes you'll have to review what you last installed to CB (3rd party, aka non-joomlapolis products) and uninstall them then re-test. Please ensure debug mode and maximum error reporting are both configured in Joomla global configuration before testing (query log at bottom of page not needed).
