And i get the same problem when i try to install the main CB Subs plugin:

here is the list of all CB plugins i have - no idea which one it can conflict with, and i don't want to randomly delete them, as there was a lot of work to set them up

That's the query log at end of page (not needed). You need to ensure debug mode is enabled and error reporting set to maximum. What you're probably experiencing is out of memory issues. Please navigate to Site > System Information > PHP Information and provide what your current memory limit is.

I see, you don't have IonCube installed. Please refer to your CBSubs documentation as it's required to have IonCube Loader installed for CBSubs.
