if you follow the magazine article example and have named your cb youtube field as cb_youtubeplaylist, then you can surround the article delimiter field with the following:

[cb:if cb_youtubeplaylist!=""]

--> old magazine code goes here

[/cb:if]

by the way I cannot understand the "Cancel Rating"(CR) of the field "your rating".
When you click stars of first time, clicking CR means nothing.
After you click stars, CR just disappears and nothing can be done.

You need to refresh the page to re-use the rating buttons. It doesn't let you use the rating buttons directly after using them to avoid spam.

One more question for this function. Can we show latest Youtube video which are uploaded by users on toppage? like calling "Latest Movies".
I am assuming mod_cbcontents may make it true. but have no idea to do it.

I see. My understanding is I can use "Cancel Rating" only after refreshing site, and cancel my own rating then.
