[SOLVED] rate goes blank

I turned on Joomla debug and clicked stars, then go to the same blank page with no debug.
I can find the related debug from profile page before clicking stars;

Please upgrade to CB 1.7.1 and confirm if issue persists. CB 1.2.2 is far too out of date, you're missing critical API improvements/additions/fixes.

I installed CB1.7.1 and same error happened; when I click the stars of "your rating", page goes blank and go nowhere.

It shouldn't go anywhere at all as it's Ajax based. Please review browser error log when viewing your profile and it's possible you've a fatal JS error that is causing jQuery to fail. The only other known issue regarding this happening is on J1.7 (see bug ticket below), but you're on J1.5 so don't believe it should affect you.

Please also enable debug mode and maximum error reporting as blank pages can't be debugged without it then provide what errors you see on-screen after trying to use the field (don't need query log at bottom of page).

I turned on maximum error reporting and clicked stars and blank page was shown with no debug message.

But I found 3 error message by Chrome Log as follows;
