The user you are expecting to get a notification message is not in a Moderation group.

You have indicated that CB Moderators are all users that are in Joomla Administrator group (and above), but the specific user you are looking at is in Registered group.

So, how should the configurations be set so that as Super Users, the notification email from a Registered user profile update data would be triggered and received by the Super User?

This is all I need for the notification to work.

Or is there another work around for Super Users to receive what has been updated by the Registered User??

All of this is described in the detailed documentation also ...

To make all your Administrators and SuperAdministrators CB Moderators you need to:

1. CB Configuration -> Moderation tab: Set the Moderator Groups drop-down to Administrator
2. CB User Manager -> for each Administrator or Super Administrator user make sure that the Receive Moderator Emails: parameter is set to Yes in the COntact info tab

My settings are all correct.
Nothing received in my spam.

Should I uninstall and install the plugin again?!

It is getting frustrating.

OK, I have removed the version 1.3 and installed 1.2 instead.

Seems to work now...

ok, upgraded back to higher version. works now too..
