OK, I think I may have solved this one...
All of the top part for option A. stays the same.
But on option B. Tab visibility by Viewer's Subscriptions, I set it up like this:
Choose "Yes, viewer's CB subs control tab visibility."
(The first option, not the second that says "detailed" visibility.)
For other viewers I selected my dummy subscription as the only ones who can view the tab.
For profile owner himself, I selected "Yes, profile owner can still view his own tab."
It was that second "detailed" field that I think was messing me up.
At least I believe I have it solved...so far, so good. Keep your fingers crossed for me
