It appears as if everything that you suggest has been done, but it's still not working.

All subscriptions that should show as recurring continue to be one-offs when viewed in the Subscriptions panel, and logs confirm this

Note: The message I get when returned to the site is slightly different from the one you suggested. No mention of subscription id (but I think that's just a message setting in CB Subs somewhere (You can see the message as an image in my previous post).

There is nothing in the logs that suggest what is going wrong, but they are another confirmation that the payments are single and not recurring (See image above).

Is there any chance the cron job could be the issue? This was all default setting stuff- Do I need to do anything more than what you see in the images? When I click on the cron url it doesn't output anything, but that could be expected???

I'm lost, any more suggestions?

Please send me private message (click on my image and then send me message) with backend superadmin access (URL, username, password) for your website and also for your Ogone account and we will take a look.

PM sent. Thank you for taking a look.

I have just noticed something alarming in the cb subs manual (1.3rc2):

P 247: Enable only for recurring payments (not auto-recurring, but you can
trigger payments from e-Terminal)
This setting has the Alias Manager enabled only for recurring
payments. There is no auto-recurring operational at this time, but you
can manually trigger payments from the e-Terminal area of your Ogone
panel.

P 185-6: Ogone ( www.ogone.com ) is a great and competitive international payment
organization that supports many credit cards and also Paypal. Auto-recurring
Community Builder Paid Subscriptions System payments are not currently supported.

Obviously these two statement directly contradict what Krileon says here
www.joomlapolis.com/forum/87-presales/166057-recurring-payments-with-credit-cards#167226 : CBSubs 1.2 has auto recurring payments implemented into Ogone now.

I'm really hoping it's just an update to the documentation that's needed and not still the case!

Cheers
Andy

Ooops, looks like the manual needs an update there.... ;)

CBSubs 1.2.2 and later supports Ogone auto-recurring payments. :)

Thanks for the PM to Nick, I asked Nick to check the settings. As he is also in charge of the manual, it will be 2 goals in 1 shot.

If anyone else gets stuck with this, here is the solution, thanks to CB Subs team members.

Check in your ogone admin panel settings in Technical Information->Transaction Feedback

There you should have an option:
"I want to receive transaction feedback parameters on the redirection URLs"

Make sure this is selected and active. This did the job for me.
