Sorry, I meant -17. The maximum is always given a +1 so you'll want to try -17 and -19 to see if either provides exactly what you're wanting.

Typically for those scenarios you just have a single checkbox set to required that the check if they're 18 and older. Of course both methods are easily faked (there's no stopping this, but it removes your legal liability). CB wasn't really designed to have some sort of age restriction feature, but again common practice is a single checkbox that is required.
