Forge ticket says it's fixed in CBSubs 2.0.2, ensure your CBSubs install has been fully updated.

then forge ticket is wrong... I have a brand new cbsubs 2.0.2 install and the problem is still there. as soon as I add an extra payment option all works fine.
using:
CB v2.0.x
CBsubs v 4.1.x
Joomla 3.3+

Confirmed locally it's working fine. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

after some more testing, I found out that it only happens initially, before you create a second payment gateway. once a second one is created (and then later deleted again) everything works as expected. So for me this workaround seems to work.
