Yes I already checked in that place and the Moderator Group is Administrator.

The tooltip say "All users in the group selected and above will be moderators".

Author users are below Administrator so in that case Author users should not be moderator.

??

Are you referring to CB Blogs or ProfileBook Blog tab? As ProfileBook Blog tab lets them freely publish/unpublish.

Damn...I mean about CB blogs... :(

So for what I understand, ProfileBook allow this feature but not CB Blogs ?

No, CB Blogs only allows publish/unpublish by CB Moderators and Administrators. ProfileBook Blog tab lets users freely publish and unpublish. If Authors are able to Publish or Unpublish in CB Blogs (using the Edit link from profile tab!) then you've a permission issue. I can not control what Joomla allows them to do if they use the article edit page.

I fact I don't mean the publish/unpublish select box present on Blog Editing screen accessible like you say by clicking on Edit Blog link (present inside CB Blog Tab).

I mean the Unpublish button present below the Edit button... See the joined screenshot.

Enable Blog approval to prevent owners from unpublishing their own blogs. Each blog post will require moderator approval however.
