CB Subs and CB Conditional was created by BuyRat
Hi,

I'm using CB Conditional to restrict some functionality on my registration process and CB Subs to create my subscription plans.

I have my own user journey to get visitors to the point of selecting a plan and what I was doing before using CB Conditional, was dropping the visitors into the CB Subs plan URL directly and then continuing the process from there.

That was working nicely, however, since installing CB Conditional, the CB Subs URL does not display the step by step registration form.

Is there a way to enable step by step so it appears on the plan URL as well?

Cheers,

CBSubs plan page doesn't fire the registration form display trigger so CB Conditional can't do anything to such page. This is a known issue in CBSubs to be fixed in a later release.

Nope.

Hi,

Ok, thanks for confirming that.

In that case, what I need is, I have two groups of people, each with 3 plans each.

How can I get the Step 1 with the subscriptions to allow firstly, the selection of the group and then to display the 3 plans for each group?

I've tried making a parent plan and having the group plans as children, which sort of works but wondered if there is another way?

Cheers,

To have CBSubs as step 1 you need to edit the subscription tab within CB > Tab Management and change its registration order to 1 so it'll be the first step. As for setup I suppose best solution is parent with child plans. You could have your plans configured to only display the children once the parent is selected (done from presentation tab of your plans). This way the child plans are hidden until you've selected the parent first.

Hi Kyle,

So there is no way to pass the Plan Id into the CB Conditional registration process, so that I can display my own user journey for plan selection?

Cheers,

No, CB Conditional can not condition based off plan selection. CBSubs already offers hiding of fields on registration though using the Workflows tab of your plans.
