Yes, but if there's browser caching or anything of the sort it could still work in a different browser. Aside from that I've no idea, perhaps is a configuration problem in your browser. Try browsing without addons and resetting the browsers to defaults. Review browser security settings and ensure isn't set too high.If it's a Joomla access permission issue, wouldn't it fail in all browsers?
