[SOLVED] CB doesnt send mail at registration or never

Have you tried supplying a sender name and email address as instructed in my previous reply? Does it work once doing so? The email address should be a valid email address that exists on your website.

I have buy a professionnal license 99 euros from more than 2 weeks and its just not working ... really amazing ..

I understand you're frustrated and I apologize for that, but please humor me and perform the debug steps that I ask of you.

hi and Sorry Kril ... but yes really frustrated ... its a launch for a society really important for us and the website is waiting that ...

and as i have described ... YES the mail is existing .. YES joomla send the mail.. Acymailing works with the same paramaters ...
But joomla config is without Name and mail .
I have already post a ticket past weeks and you answer me post here ..
So you could take the control on the admin to see if you want ....

Have reviewed your install and have set the sender name and email address as blank in CB. I then used "Resend Confirmation" for my user and received the email perfectly fine. So I've confirmed CB can send emails just fine.

CB > User Management > Mass Mail wasn't working due to validation issues. You had CB Conditional set to function on backend. So I've disabled CB Conditional usage in backend then in CB > Configuration > User Profile disabled backend fields validation. I've now confirmed the CB Mass Mailer is working fine. I've created a bug ticket for CB Conditional to have this issue further investigated.

Please confirm email is now working as expected.

I confirm that know its working when i create a new fake user i receive all the mail in the process i have choose. Thank you very much for your time .
Doesn't really understand the reason why it wasn't working .. but it works like a charm on this inscription process.

Seems to have à problem with the "resend" password or identify but i am not sure i have test it on an ipad .. i will confirm if i find à problem.
