If you're conditioning every field on a tab in the same way then simply condition the tab instead of all the fields and the tab as maybe that's causing an issue. Hiding an entire tab also hides all the fields on that tab so no need to also hide all the fields on it. Also hiding all the fields on a tab should hide the tab, if that's not working then it's possibly bugged in that regard or something is hidden in that tab that isn't hidden by CB Conditional. Also note if a field is hidden then whatever changes you've made to it will have no affect.
