[SOLVED] Multi-user subscription calculated using CB Promotions + based upon criteria in fields

I have of course set it to display in profile but its not there so I can't test

Ensure it's on a tab that's on a visible tab position. If nothing displays then the query probably isn't returning any results or could even be erroring. Ensure debug mode and maximum error reporting is set within Joomla global configuration when testing to expose any errors.

You need to test the query results on profile first to ensure it outputs how you expect it to output. Once done and confirmed working try setting your promotion to the following.

The promotion is: A fixed amount
Fixed Discount Amount in currency above: [cb:userfield field="FIELD_NAME" /]

Replace FIELD_NAME with the actual name of your field. You're basically substituting in the query fields profile view results. So it needs to be publicly accessible, but it can be on a tab that is in a not shown on profile position if you don't want it actually visible.

If the above still is not working then please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

The problem is I can't view the field in profile as per my previous post - I've pm'd login and its also on the support ticket

There was hidden content in the query causing a syntax error. I've no idea how that happened, but fixed and confirmed it now outputs the query results fine. I also set a promotion temporarily to apply to full price instead of missed months and confirmed it increases the price based off these queries fields. Basically it's working fine now. I left the number of partners for the admin user at 7 for you to also see the query field is working fine (see "Personal Info" tab).
