We'll eventually have a theme generated that'll generate CSS files from our LESS files, but for now you'd need to modify the Bootstrap CSS file to adjust the coloring. Replacing it with another Bootstrap CSS file won't work since we've some custom classes in there.

Thanks for pointing out, I'll keep that in mind. First I've to tackle a CB-plugin Error, I cannot install CB-plugins after upgrade to 2.0. But I have that covered by submitting a ticket...
