Ensure the formatname field is set to display on profile. If still not displaying ensure it's on a public and published profile tab (tab can be in a "not shown on profile" position).

CB Activity language strings? You'll need to review the plugin and find its CBTxt usages then add them to your CB language plugin files. Please see the below regarding general language usage.
