Thanks for the quick response.

Are the approval emails being placed in your spam folder by chance?

Please read my original post. "I checked their spam in case this was the problem but no emails were received."

No idea then as you're receiving emails from CB fine. Same API is used to send those notifications. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Temporarily changed admin email to my own and it's working fine. Believe this is because you are not understanding the workflows. You have Confirmation and Approval enabled. Approval doesn't happen until Confirmation is complete. So once users clicks the confirmation link in their email you the admin will receive the Approval email. I've confirmed this is working fine. So if the user does not confirm you will not receive an email.

Also note this only works through CB registration found at (index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers). Your "Sign Up" link didn't go to CB registration so ensure you're using CB registration in your tests.
