Hi,

I am trying to get CB Connect to work, I cannot see any missing JavaScript, please take a look at my site and see if you think anything is missing? (oxfordmcc.co.uk)

The compact buttons don't work in 4.0.0. Please upgrade to 4.0.1 and see if issue persists. Please note you have quite a few mootools fatal JS errors present on your site and it's likely this could break CB Connect. Please review browser error log (press F12 in Chrome or Firebug for Firefox) and address the errors as needed (none are coming from CB).

I am running 4.0.1 and the problem is persisting, just getting my site designer to sort out the JS issues and see if things work out for the better.

In that case the fatal JS errors is breaking it as its jQuery can't run or even load properly. Once the fatal errors are resolved please let us know if issue persists and we can debug further from there.

Hi,

I have disabled all of the other active jQuery scripts on the template and it's now giving me an error: ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined for the jquery.oauthpopup.min.js file.

The troubleshooter in Chrome also tells me FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init().

Did you remove CBs jQuery somehow? The jQuery plugin (oauthpop) is loaded, but CBs jQuery is not. Please re-install CB on top of it self to remove core edits or restore CBs jQuery if you deleted it. As for the FB errors those are not coming from CB Connect as it no longer users FB JS API Library for login so you likely have something else installed calling those, but they shouldn't conflict.
