Hi. I followed your steps, from this url:
www.joomlapolis.com/support/tutorials/117-integrations/18325-private-group-forums-with-groupjive-and-kunena

But, in the second screenshot (figure 2) I can see, in access Control Type "Community Builder" to choose, but in "my" kunema I can't see it.

Could you help me. Thx

PS I have Kunema Forum 2.0.4; CB 1.9, CB GroupJive Forums 2.7, Forum integration and CB GroupJive 2.7 pluggins installed

Your top level category won't look like that image, but all the forum categories for GJ categories and GJ groups will look like that. Once you've your top level category created configure GJ to use it within GJ > Config > Integrations > Forum. Next run GJ tools to ensure the top level category meets GJs configuration needs (if not it'll provide a link to auto-fix it) and you'll be all set.

Another questions:

Groups belongs to Categories... is it ok?

Is it possible avoid Categories, only using Groups?
I don't need categories and subcategories, or groups and subgroups... I only need the user can creating groups directly.

2nd part of questions
Is it possible (when a new group is created, like the 1st screenshot) the fields type, access, invite acces and public users were automatic, with default options (like the 1st image options)?... the 2nd screenshot is like I prefer)

Thx

UPDATE

Sorry... I found something refered to 2nd part of my questions, I think
Is it ok?

I've create a new Category with the setting you can see in my new screenshot.
But I need only user of X group can see it.

The access parameter is a single usergoup and all its children. You can't select only 1 usergroup and have access apply to just that usergroup as its children are always included. For example if you select Registered then Author, Publisher, etc.. can also access it.

Is it possible avoid Categories, only using Groups?

No, you need to have at least 1 category to place groups in. You can link directly to that category instead of the overview page if you wanted though.

Sorry... I found something refered to 2nd part of my questions, I think
Is it ok?

Yes, that's the correct location; most edit parameters have a default that can be set.
