No JS errors. Error reporting on Development or Maximum only outputs this:

Strict Standards: Declaration of cbinvitesInvites::store() should be compatible with that of comprofilerDBTable::store() in /home/eerd/domains/yndi-dev.tk/public_html/jzp/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbinvites/cbinvites.class.php on line 1142

Don't know if it's normal, but in Joomla 3.2 debug panel is only visible in backend. But I don't think that debug will give a lot of information.

What browser are you using? The reply jQuery gives focus to the input. Most browsers scroll to the focus (works fine here in Chrome) and have never heard of it behaving otherwise. When you scroll up manually does the input have focus? If not then something maybe conflicting to prevent focus. You can change the jQuery as needed within the below file and look for the $replyJs variable.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbgroupjive/plugins/cbgroupjivewall/cbgroupjivewall.php

The debug panel can be configured to only show for certain groups in the plugin (could be set to only show to superuser maybe), and some templates hides it, check the source code if it's there, and maybe get in touch with the developer to have it fixed if that's the problem.

@krileon: same effect in Chrome. Joomla 3.2 CB 1.9.1 and GJ. Default template Protostar to avoid template issues while testing.
But as site is still under development I'm happy to wait for solution with Modal popup in next release.
@fribse2011: strange thing, debug now visible.

I think I may know of one way it's not working. Are you using WYSIWYG editor for the Wall? If you are switch to back to text only and see if it gives focus and scrolls properly.
