[SOLVED] auto action and private message

Hi team, how are you?
I am trying to create an auto action to send a provate message but I use uddeIM component for this feature and I integrated it in CB

But when I create the auto action nothing happends.

So is it possible to do it ?

Yes it's possible. The PMS Action works fine in all my tests. Please provide a screenshot of your action configuration as there is likely a configuration error.

it's in french but look.

I disabled the private message system native of CB (recommended if I use the one of uddeIM).
Do you think the problem can comes from here ?

Your FROM isn't a valid user id. Please try using a super admins user id for FROM. If issue persists then try removing the conditional and see if it then works. Note you've this configured to fire after login and it'll do so everytime the user logs in.

Ok, I change it, great.
But normally, when a user received a private message, there is a popup to notify him. This time, the popup does not appears. I think I have to change the trigger.

Basically, I want this private message to be sent only at the first connection of the user. Is it possible?

Don't know what to tell you in that regard. It sends a PMS through CB API.

Basically, I want this private message to be sent only at the first connection of the user. Is it possible?

On first login? Use the first login trigger (available in the dropdown).
