Ok.
In the dropdowen, I just See "before user first login", not "after user first login" so perhap's "After user confirm" trigger can suite.
If this trigger mean, after user click on the validation mail, then when he logs him first, he will see the message, it is good for me.

What do you think about it?

Yes, after confirmation is after they click the confirmation link in their email. After first login would also work fine as it's after their first successful login.

"After user login" does not exist in the dropdown.

I will use After user confirm.
