Link a CB field with a personalised field of phpBB ?

Looks like your rokbridge is designed to bridge only after login.

This means you can create a new user in frontend (or backend) but user will not be created in phpBB until this user actually logs in.

So you would need to trigger the auto-action accordingly.

Also it doesn't look like the bridge is actually creating the entry in the phpbb_profile_fields_data table, so there is nothing to sync by auto-action.

It looks like the user will actually first have to go to the forum and save his profile for the relevant database table to be populated.

Once that is done the autoaction will be able to push changes made to the cb race field during profile updates.

You need to first understand how this (not complete in my opinion) bridge works and then decide how to design auto actions needed.

Initial request was to link a CB field to a phpBB field.

I assumed that the phpBB field existed as that is the bridges job.

When the field exists the auto action we configured does the job just fine.

No issues with refunding under our satisfaction policy here:

(just follow process).

But you might also want to consider maybe asking for assistance from the developers of this bridge - perhaps it has multiple modes that can be selected.
