Rouge User giving errors can not fix! was created by paurray
Hello Support

Warning: 1 entries in the core_acl_aro table without corresponding users table rows.

Following entries of user_usergroup_map table are missing in users table: user id=818 (aro_id=). This core_acl_aro entry with aro_id 0 should be removed, as it's not allowed.

This one can be fixed by first backing up database then by clicking here.

I clicked but to no avail. Same error is still there.

I suspect that this then screws up my template at the front end.

Becasue when I view my own Profile every thing is OK but when I review the profile of some one else things get screwed. See screen shots below.

thanks

Paul

Has nothing to do with your template. You just have a user with a usergroup that doesn't exist. Can happen if you migrated from J1.5 to J2.5 for example or you gave a user a usergroup then deleted that usergroup. Edit the user with the user id of 818 within CB > User Management, adjust their usergroup(s) as needed, then save and it should be fixed.

Use Chrome or Firebug for Firefox to inspect your page and see what CSS or bad HTML is causing this. Issue doesn't appear to have anything to do with CB, but is a template issue; please contact the developer of your template for support.

Hi krileon

The weird thing is that I do not appear to have a User with a User ID 818

I did some "tidying" up and deleted some suspicious looking emails.

Further I installed a Geolocaition plugin.

Any ideas how to proceed...

Please see screen shot.

thanks

Paul

If they user doesn't exist then you have ACL rows for a user that doesn't exist. Only way for this to happen is if you deleted them in database and not from CB or Joomla properly. Try running CB > Tools > Sync and see if it'll fix. If not you'll need to go to _user_usergroup_map and find the row for user_id 818 and delete it. Again, this won't have any affect on your template; you need to contact your template developer regarding help with your template as we didn't create it.

Try running CB > Tools > Sync and see if it'll fix.

gives me the green text

"Joomla/Mambo User Table and Joomla/Mambo Community Builder User Table now in sync!"

Check Users Database still gives me :

All users table rows have ACL entries in user_usergroup_map table.

I am really sorry but I have not got a clue where this is "_user_usergroup_map "

Please advise.

Also something that I am noticing up top of my browser!!!

Please see screen attached!

thanks

Paul

As a matter of interest I have changed the template and have the same issue with the other template. So one thing for sure is that it is not a template issue!
