Profile Tabs Look Messy, Can You Advise Please?

Hi All,

I'm now working on the profile page element of my CB 1.9 install and if you take a look at the screen shot I've taken from my site,

you will note the Profile Tabs looking a little messy, too close etc?

Does anybody know of any tricks, ways or code to get these to look better laid out please, I'd be very appreciative as always?

Also, out of interest - does anybody know how CB themselves got their demo version of CB to have awesome looking profile pages with the template they must've used? I've been searching high and low and there seems to be an extreme lack of CB compatible and J3 compatible premium templates, I really would like to get my CB install looking like the Joomlapolis Demo

Your Joomla template is restyling the tabs. They're UL > LI elements so some Joomla templates force style them. You'll need to right click and inspect in Chrome or Firebug for Firefox to see where the CSS is coming from and either change it or remove it.

Thanks for the reply and also nants too.

I am sure on my travels throughout the admin backend, I have seen somewhere being able to turn off joomla styling for something but I can't for the life of me think if it was CB, Kunena or something else I'm using.

I've asked my template provider and will wait to hear back from them and in the mean time twiddle my thumbs.

Please PM a public URL to a users profile or login credentials to view a profile and will take a look at what CSS is causing your problem.
